Guest Registration
A guest fee of US$395 per person will apply for each guest (12 years or older). The guest fee includes Sunday Welcome Reception, Conference Breakfasts on Monday - Wednesday, Monday Networking Reception & Dinner, and the Tuesday Off-site Dinner. Please note that the Welcome Reception, Networking Reception/Dinner and Off-site Dinner are not geared toward children so you may wish to make other arrangements. This fee does not include hotel accommodations and non-conference meals.
